Individual Agents
Transaction coordination for one agent, invoiced directly to the agent each month.
1-3 closings for the month = $650/closing
4-7 closings for the month = $600/closing
8+ closings for the month = $550/closing
NOTE: Limited agency transactions are billed as one transaction with an additional $200 charge.
Teams
Transaction coordination for a team of agents, invoiced to the team lead each month.
1-5 closings for the month = $600/closing
6-10 closings for the month = $550/closing
11-15 closings for the month = $500/closing
16-20 closings for the month = $450/closing
21-25 closings for the month = $400/closing
26-30 closings for the month = $350/closing

Organize and flush out contact info, contract details, and document collection for each transaction, in the management software of your choice (Dotloop, DocuSign, Brokermint, etc)

Closing prep email sent to other agent to ensure no documents have been missed (especially helpful with new construction contracts)
