Admittedly, this is not a professional picture. I'm also not wearing any makeup in it (*GASP* the horror! 😱🤪). But... it's me. 🙂
I have a dog named Obi (yes, after the Star Wars character) and I'm married to the love of my life, Kody, who means more to me than anything else in this world. 🥰
I love being a real estate TC and I feel that coordinating things is part of my calling in life. In fact, I'm the volunteer coordinator for my favorite non-profit, Heroic Youth.
I'm also a total nerd about English and communications... okay, and some fantasy/scifi fandoms—Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Brandon Sanderson series, to name a few.
My favorite emoji is the party emoji, but mostly because it's super adorable. 🥳
I'm an extroverted introvert, which means I'm a happy-go-lucky lady who enjoys her comfy cove at her desk just as much as a good chat with a bestie.

HOA document collection, including rules governing HOA obligations to homeowners for providing documents and information

Home warranty knowledge—how it works and why certain models are much more valuable to the client

New construction knowledge—unusual commission arrangements, types of walkthroughs and when to schedule them, when the builder is allowed to require closing if punch list items are incomplete, and more
